Legal & disclosures
Clear terms.
Clear expectations.
Last updated July 31, 2026. These disclosures apply to the IREU informational website and do not replace any application, binder, policy, endorsement, invoice or regulatory notice.
1. Overview
This website is provided by Inter-Related Underwriters LLC (“IREU”) for general informational and marketing purposes. References to participating associations, brokers, managing general agencies, insurers, risk retention groups or service providers describe roles reflected in program materials; the exact parties and roles for any account are those shown in its written transaction documents.
Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. No offer, quote, advice or binding
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell insurance, a quote, a binder, legal advice, risk-management advice or a representation that coverage is available in any jurisdiction.
No coverage is in force unless and until it is confirmed in writing by an authorized representative and all required conditions are satisfied. Submitting a contact form, sending email, calling a phone number or completing the program-fit check does not create coverage or an agency relationship.
3. Coverage information
All coverage descriptions are summaries only. Coverage is subject to the actual policy, declarations, schedules, endorsements, exclusions, limits, retentions, underlying insurance requirements, applicable law and state availability. If this site conflicts with the issued policy, the policy controls.
Hired and non-owned auto liability may operate excess of other collectible insurance and may require specified underlying auto liability insurance. Driver scheduling, prompt reporting, premium audit and other conditions may apply. Eligibility and pricing examples are nonbinding underwriting guideposts and may change.
4. Risk retention group notice
Some program coverage may be issued by a risk retention group. Risk retention groups are governed by the federal Liability Risk Retention Act and applicable domiciliary-state law. State-specific notices may apply, and coverage may not have the same guaranty-fund protections as coverage issued by an admitted insurer. Review every required notice and consult a qualified insurance professional about the form of insurer, regulation and insolvency protections applicable to a placement.
5. Privacy
The inquiry form prepares an email in your device’s email application. IREU does not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, medical information, payment-card data or other highly sensitive data through this website. Send underwriting documents only through an approved secure channel provided by your program representative.
Email and website communications may be retained for business, compliance, security and recordkeeping purposes. Internet transmission is not guaranteed to be secure. Do not send confidential or privileged information before a secure method and appropriate recipient are confirmed.
6. Claims and policy changes
Policyholders should report accidents, claims, suits and losses promptly in accordance with the policy, regardless of fault. After-hours events should be reported no later than the next business day when required by applicable policy or service instructions. Do not rely only on a website message for time-sensitive notice.
Changes involving drivers, vehicles, operations, territory or underlying insurance should be reported promptly to the authorized servicing representative. Unscheduled or unqualified drivers and undisclosed exposures may affect coverage.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
IREU names, program names, copy, design and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print materials for legitimate insurance-evaluation purposes, but may not misrepresent, resell, scrape, reverse engineer or create misleading derivative materials from the site.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify potential program roles or services.
8. Contact and questions
For program questions, contact the program service office at 516-352-7500. For claim reporting instructions shown in current program materials, call 833-629-5100 or use the claims contact stated in your policy documents. Always use the contact information in your current policy if it differs from this site.
